Refund policy

Once an order is placed we happily accept order cancellations within 24 hours of the purchase date. If 24 hours has passed, we are unable to accept a cancellation request.

Due to the custom nature of each item we do not accept returns/exchanges.

Please keep in mind that every item is handmade. While it will always closely resemble the item in the picture provided, not everything can look the same. Which makes your item extra special as it is unique to you!

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
